Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Partnership & Affiliation to develop and manage partnerships that drive business growth and revenue for our travel company.
• The successful candidate will identify, negotiate, and maintain key partnerships with travel suppliers, affiliates, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development:

• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other relevant businesses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

Affiliate Management:

• Manage affiliate relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Develop strategies to increase affiliate engagement and revenue.

Contract Negotiation:

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and affiliates.
• Ensure contracts align with company goals and objectives.

Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships and affiliations.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, industry associations, and other partners.
• Represent the company in industry events and conferences.

Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement partnership and affiliation strategies that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership, business, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful partnership development and management and existing connections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
