Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our diverse operations and drive growth across our core business areas.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills to effectively oversee the company’s daily operations and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company’s business units
• Manage day-to-day operations across departments: Marketing & Coding, Safety Equipment, IT Solutions, OEM Representation, and Contracting
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share
• Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
• Strengthen partnerships with clients, OEMs, and suppliers
• Lead and motivate teams for high performance and professional development
• Monitor financial performance and prepare periodic business reports
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in industrial services, coding equipment sales, or contracting sectors
• Proven track record in business development, operations management, and team leadership
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, coding systems, or safety equipment industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with experience managing technical and non-technical teams
