Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Manager to join our team.
• This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting our employees' needs.

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers to new hires.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Help resolve issues and ensure a positive work environment.

HR Operations:

• Manage employee data, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures.

HR Policies & Programs:

• Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Training & Development:
• Assist in planning and organizing training and development programs for employees.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Generate reports on key HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
• Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
