NAOK Developer Limited is a new company to be based in the vibrant business hub of Victoria Island, Lagos. We focus on real estate development industry that involves transforming land or buildings for specific purposes, such as residential, commercial, or industrial use, encompassing activities like land acquisition, planning, design, financing, construction, and project management and we are transforming land or existing properties into ready-to-sell or lease projects, aiming to generate revenue through the sale or rental of developed properties, and we oversee the entire development process from acquisition to completion We are committed to honesty, integrity, customer satisfaction, proactive thinking, innovation, and a commitment that exceeds expectations, all the while continuing the social and sustainable development of the environment.

Job Title: Development Director

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• The Development Director is responsible to develop and enhance the NAOK Companies business development strategies, in both real estate and oil and gas based industrial facilities, to successfully build relationships, drive growth and secure delivery of the Companies mission statement and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• In depth knowledge and experience of Design, Engineering, Procurement and ConstructionContractual procedures.
• Pursue new business opportunities, as determined by the CEO/MD and Board of Directors
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee the development team, provide leadership and guidance as required
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage budgets and critically review committed and uncommitted expenditure to ensure value for money and cash flow sustainability.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree and equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Creative, self starter attitude
• Proven fundraising and business development experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
