• The Sales and Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth, improving efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibilities
Sales and Opertional:

• Dveloping and excuting sales plans to meet targets
• Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Sales forecasting: Analyzing sales with clients

Opertional:

• Streamlining processes to improve productivity
• Supply Chain Management: Managing inventory, logistices and suppliers.
• Quality control: Ensuring high quality products or services

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Leadership: Ability to Lead and motivate teams
• Communications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
