Job Title: Engineering Manager

Who We're Looking For

• As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our payment platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security. 
• You will lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality fintech solutions.

What You'll Do

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, promoting professional growth and ensuring high performance.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain the highest standards of software quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to deliver integrated and user-centric solutions.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, APIs, cloud services, and security protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate engineering teams, with a focus on collaboration and professional development.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
