We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to reach target audiences.
• Conduct market research: Gather and analyze data to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Create marketing content: Develop content, including social media posts, blog articles, and advertisements, to engage with customers and promote products or services.
• Manage social media: Oversee social media accounts, create and schedule content, and engage with followers.
• Analyze marketing metrics: Track and analyze metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Sales Duties:

• Generate leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and generate leads through various channels.
• Build relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Present products or services: Present products or services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Negotiate sales: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales, and close deals.
• Meet sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth and revenue of the organization.

Shared Duties:

• Collaborate with teams: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide customer insights: Provide insights and feedback to product development, customer service, and other teams to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Salary
N120,000 - N2650,000 monthly.
