We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing outreach, and lead generation strategies.
• Maintain a minimum of 20% conversion rate on leads.
• Schedule and attend a minimum of 5 client meetings or 2 property inspections weekly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns that drive sales.
• Participate in structured remote training sessions and in-person development meetings.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback.
• Maintain and use company platforms such as Trello, Slack, Google Suite, WhatsApp, and Phone for efficient remote communication and task management.
