Job Title: Cook

Location: Agbor Road, Benin City, Edo

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team at a reputable restaurant located along Agbor Road, Benin City.
• The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing a variety of local and continental dishes, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of meals (local and/or continental)
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment
• Ensure food is cooked and stored in line with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food stock and coordinate with management on supply needs
• Assist in planning daily menus and portion control
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / NCE / NECO qualification.
• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role
• Ability to cook both local and continental dishes is a plus
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work under pressure
• Must reside in or be able to commute to Agbor Road, Benin City.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
