Responsibilites of a Secretary

• Managing the office. 
• Managing Calendars and Scheduling appointments and meetings, handling phone calls, emails and correspondence. 
• Organizing data and updating data, supporting executives, managers or teams.

Other Responsiblities:

• Record keeping of accurate records and files.
• Document preperation; creating , editing and formatting documents.
• Maintaining confidentiality.
• Multitasking.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
