Job Title: Print Production Officer

Job Description

• In this role, you'll be an integral part of the production team, ensuring the highest quality standards for our printed products. 
• You will handle the end-to-end process of downloading, preparing, and printing customer images. 
• Your role will involve collaboration with various teams to meet customer expectations and enhance our service offerings. 
• Your expertise in digital imaging and print production will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Download customer images from various platforms and ensure they meet the required specifications for printing.
• Resize and format images using industry-standard software to ensure optimal quality and resolution.
• Adjust and correct color profiles to match our inkjet printers' requirements, ensuring accurate and vibrant prints.
• Operate and maintain inkjet printers, ensuring they are loaded with the appropriate paper types and ink.
• Prepare print layouts according to customer specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure high-quality output, making adjustments as necessary.
• Cut prints to the required sizes and prepare them for the production team for framing.
• Create digital mockups for clients upon request using design software to visualize how their images will look in different framing options.
• Work with client store fine mockups until they are satisfied with the proposed design.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social-media graphics, and email campaigns to support our marketing efforts.
• Develop visual content for our website ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our target audience.
• Assist in creating custom graphics and art work for special projects or promotions.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new products, services, and marketing strategies.
• Provide technical support and advice to team members regarding print production and graphic design best practices.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet our standards and customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot any issues with printing equipment, software, or materials, and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of print jobs, inventory of printing supplies, and equipment maintenance schedules.

Person Specification

• BSc / HND in Fine Arts, Graphics Design or a related field.
• Experience with large format printing machines, color management and print production processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Live nearby within 5km radius from office (Mushin, Yaba, Oyingbo, Opebi, Ogudu, Surulere).
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 / Month.
