Job Title: Female Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media.
• Provide expert guidance on skincare products, ingredients, and usage.
• Resolve complaints and issues with care, empathy, and efficiency.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, promotions, and brand values.
• Work closely with other departments (sales, fulfillment, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Gather and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements
Who You Are:

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
• You have 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
• You’re genuinely passionate about skincare and staying informed about trends and ingredients.
• You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• You’re a problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure.
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, email tools, and chat systems.
• You’re team-oriented but capable of working independently.
