Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• As an Operations Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service, quality control, and customer satisfaction, while managing staff, inventory, and financial performance to achieve profitability, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, Facilty funtionality, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the company
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and suggest improvement
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Address employee issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain consistency and standards.
• Monitor and manage restaurant expenses and budgets.
• Work closely with other departments, including finance, sales and customer service to ensure alignment with
• Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize waste.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for Sales improvement and cost savings.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient supplies while minimizing waste.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Promote a positive and welcoming restaurant environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management
