Job Title: Back-End Developer

The Job Role

• We are urgently looking for a Nextjs/Nodejs Developer with an extensive knowledge of Python Language and AI Engineering. 
• As a Nextjs/Nodejs Developer, you'd be joining our in-house marketing team to build innovative lead generation tools and web applications that will scale from lead generation to revenue generation.
• The Nextjs/Nodejs Developer will design, build, and maintain the server-side logic, databases, and infrastructure of web applications and software. 
• The ideal developer will write code in languages like Java, Python, Javascript libraries such as Reactsjs and Nextjs and is responsible for ensuring the application's security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services · Creating strategies to successfully attract new clients.
• Code in languages like Java, Python, Javascript libraries such as Reactsjs and Nextjs
• Develop and maintain the code that handles data processing, business rules, and application logic.
• Design, implement, and manage databases to store and retrieve data.
• Create APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Identify and resolving performance bottlenecks to ensure the application runs smoothly.
• Work with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to align on project goals and requirements.
• Identify and fixing bugs and errors in the code.
• Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and other tests to ensure the application is functional and reliable.
• Using version control systems like Git to track changes and collaborate effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development
• Excellent knowledge of PHP and experience developing applications using Laravel
• Conduct testing of new features and functionality to ensure that they meet quality standards
• Work with containers, messaging services to ensure that put products are scalable and reliable
• Knowledge of cloud services is important.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with startups both domestically and internationally is a plus.

Additional Considerations:

• This role is crucial to our expanding portfolio, and we are particularly interested in a mature candidates with experience in construction management, planning and execution of projects designed from initial stage to commission stage for real estate developments, large-scale farming settlements, and other new-age real estate brands.
