Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Ojodu-Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a strategic role in driving the firm's revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and the promotion of our financial products and services. 
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in sales and marketing within the financial services sector, a strong network, and a client-first mindset. 
• She will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to attract new clients and grow the firm’s market share.
• Generate and convert leads into paying clients through presentations, consultative selling, and follow-ups.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Work closely with management to refine marketing messages and align campaigns with corporate goals.
• Represent the company professionally at events, seminars, and client meetings.
• Use digital and traditional channels to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confident public speaker and skilled presenter
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong emotional intelligence and customer-centric mindset
• Results-oriented with a keen eye for opportunities
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in marketing and sales of financial products/services (e.g., insurance, investments, pension, savings, wealth management).
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications in financial planning, sales, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Gender: Female (preference will be given to married women)
• Age Range: 26 – 35 years
• Location: Resides within Lagos or willing to relocate
