We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email in a friendly and professional manner.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Provide information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Uphold company standards in appearance, behavior, and customer interaction.

Requirement

• Must reside with the axis of Ago palace way, Lagos State.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 per month.
