We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Baker (A la carte)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and other baked goods to order.
• Design and execute customized pastry items for the à la carte menu with attention to detail and presentation.
• Follow precise recipes and measurements to ensure consistency and high quality in every pastry.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and ingredient freshness to achieve optimal results.
• Decorate and garnish pastries creatively to enhance visual appeal and meet customer expectations.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely reordering and minimal waste.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to align pastry offerings with the broader à la carte menu.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.SC Degree with 1 - 2 years of experience
• Must Reside within the axis of Ago Palace.
