Job Title: Early Years Educator

Job Summary

• We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team. 
• The successful candidate will work with young learners, delivering engaging and nurturing programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. A strong focus will be placed on literacy skills, alongside other subjects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement play-based learning experiences that foster literacy skills and overall development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Observe and assess children's progress, adapting programs to meet individual needs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with parents/carers, keeping them informed about children's progress.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in early childhood education (e.g., diploma or degree).
• 1 - 5 years of experience working with young children
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and nurturing learning environments.
• Excellent in written and oral English

Desirable Qualifications:

• Specialized training in literacy education or early childhood education.
• Experience with curriculum planning and development.
