Background
We’re a fast-growing Tech company with two key products:
A new payroll platform launching soon, built for modern businesses and accountants. It simplifies payroll processing, ensures full compliance with local tax authorities (HMRC, Revenue, etc.), and saves time through automation. Our primary target markets are the UK, Ireland, and Nigeria.
Ekklesia Solutions, our established church management software, is already serving ministries in the UK, Nigeria, Canada, the U.S. (Texas), and other regions. Ekklesia Solutions helps churches and ministries streamline member management, finances, events, and communication from one integrated platform.
As we work on both platforms, we’re looking for a Marketing & Content Growth Specialist to drive awareness, content strategy, and user acquisition across our target markets. This is a unique opportunity to join early, help shape our voice, and directly influence our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
As a key player on our go-to-market team, you’ll lead and execute campaigns across digital channels with a focus on content, performance marketing, and social media.
Marketing:
Plan and execute data-driven campaigns across email, SEO, paid ads (Google, LinkedIn), and more
Build landing pages, lead magnets, on-boarding flows, and campaign content tailored to different regions
Analyze campaign metrics, optimize performance, and iterate based on data insights
Content & Social Media:
Develop and manage content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, potentially YouTube)
Write and schedule posts featuring product updates, tips, customer stories, and industry insights
Create high-value content assets such as blogs, payroll/HR guides, and short-form videos for the UK, Ireland, and Nigeria. Build and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with each region’s needs and tone of voice
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media (preferably in B2B SaaS)
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
Proficient with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, SEO tools, Canva, Buffer)
Analytical thinker who is confident using metrics to drive marketing decisions
Self-driven and able to balance creativity with strategic performance goals
Bonus Points
Experience in payroll, HR, church tech, accounting, or fintech SaaS
Familiarity with payroll compliance in the UK, Ireland, or Nigeria. Or the ability to research and understand the system.
Basic design or video editing skills
Startup or early-stage launch experience.
