Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• To support our next phase of growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel.
• Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and materials inventory.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead on-site operations, coordinate teams, and deliver on deadlines with precision and quality
