Job Description

• The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties to potential clients.
• This role includes identifying leads, managing clients relationship, conducting property tours and negotiating sales deals. 
• The ideal candidate will be goal driven, have excellent communication skill, and possess a passion for real estate.  

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits to prospective buyers.
• Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable property options.
• Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitors' activities.
• Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.
• Identify emerging markets and suggest investment opportunities to clients.
• Manage and update property listings on various platforms, including the company's website and social media.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
• Organize open houses and other promotional events to showcase properties.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales agents.
• Lead by example in achieving sales targets and maintaining ethical practices.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing key performance metrics and progress toward targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback on market demands and client preferences to improve product offerings.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in handling high-value property transactions and client negotiations.
• Strong ability to close deals and handle price negotiations.
