Job Title: Punching Machine Team Lead

Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for executing all CNC machine punching operations and production plans as well as maintaining the machine.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible to receive the production order from the Supervisor and produce according to specification and quantity.
• Knowledge of the machine and operation parameters, measuring instruments used in the operations and keeps a copy and adhere to the operations procedure.
• Responsible for keeping the machine and working environment neat and tidy.
• Keeps the machine toolbox and other equipment.
• Responsible for safety of all equipment under his custody
• Completes daily machine production report and other relevant production documents
• Responsible for any failed product recorded in machine and signs the non- conformance form whenever a product fails.
• Carries out routine maintenance on machine according to the manufacturer's recommended interval
• Reporting any fault and abnormality noticed in the machine to the Supervisor before any repair work
• Adhere to the safety rules relating to his operations and proper use of the personal protection equipment provided.
• Assign work to the helpers attached to him.

Person Specification

• Minimum of B.SC/HND in Engineering with 2 years' experience in the same field.
