Job Summary
The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of a Strategy Implementation Project (SIP), ensuring successful project execution whilst aligning with Client’s objectives.
The role involves coordination with various (Client) Internal Teams, External Stakeholders, and Third Parties to ensure that the SIP is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Implementation Manager acts as the primary Vesta Healthcare contact for clients during the project lifecycle and is responsible for ensuring seamless transitions from planning to change management and, eventually, handover.

Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead the full cycle of Project Implementation, from planning, scoping, to execution and closure.
Create and manage detailed Project Plans, Timelines, Resource Allocation, and Budgets.
Define Project Objectives, Deliverables and Success Metrics, in collaboration with Client and external stakeholders.
Track Progress, Manage Project Risks, and resolve issues or roadblocks that arise.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the main point of contact for the Client during the implementation phase.
Build and maintain strong Client relationships, ensuring their expectations are clearly communicated and exceeded.
Facilitate Implementation Workshops, Meetings, Status Updates, and Post-Implementation Reviews.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Services, Information Technology, Finance & Administration, and Engineering, to ensure smooth Project Delivery.
Provide Leadership and Guidance to Implementation Team Members, assigning tasks, setting milestones, and ensuring alignment with Project Goals.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate Implementation Processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce Project Risks, and enhance Client satisfaction
Develop and maintain best practices, tools, and templates for Project Management and Implementation
Documentation and Reporting:
Ensure proper documentation of Implementation Plans, Risks, Decisions, and Progress
Provide regular Status Update Reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key accomplishments, issues, and upcoming milestones
Post-Implementation Support:
Facilitate the smooth transition of Change Processes till Post-Implementation
Conduct post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
Essential Behaviour / Skill Requirements
Strong Project Management skills with experience using MS Project, JIRA, or other Project Management software
Excellent Client Relationship and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously; strong organisational and time management skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing requirements
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Professional presence, interpersonal skills and appearance

Knowledge/Experience:
Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class Upper Division) in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
Proven experience in managing implementation projects, preferably in a client-facing role
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation or Operations, with a strong track record of successfully delivering Projects
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project Manager)
Confident and assertive individual willing to work independently
Fully flexible with the ability to work additional hours as required to complete a task
Desirable:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
Master’s Degree or equivalent
Previous relevant multinational experience in healthcare or the Life Sciences Sector.
