Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Photographer & Videographer with a strong background in graphic design to join our dynamic team. 
• The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in creative design, specifically within the beauty industry, and possess a keen eye for detail to produce captivating visual content that promotes our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of our commercial makeup products, ensuring that each shot highlights product details and enhances brand visibility.
• Creative Design: Develop visually appealing graphics for promotional campaigns, posters, and social media content, aligning with the brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals.
• Editing Expertise: Utilize advanced editing techniques to create eye-catching videos and graphics that engage our target audience and elevate brand perception.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise innovative visual strategies that resonate with consumers and drive brand engagement.
• Lifestyle & Product Experience: Create lifestyle videos that showcase our products in real-world settings, demonstrating their effectiveness and appeal to potential customers.
• Influencer Collaboration: Work closely with influencers and content creators to produce authentic and relatable content that promotes our products and enhances brand reach.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Foster collaborations with our community to gather UGC that can be leveraged in campaigns, showcasing real users and their experiences with our products.
• Creative approach combining stunning videography, photography, and graphic design to captivate and engage our audience.
• Create high-quality visual content, including videography, photography, and graphic design.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations to promote IDA Beauty products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and graphic design, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of makeup products and trends, with the ability to communicate product details effectively through visual content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Exceptional creative thinking skills and the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives.
• Experience in collaborating with influencers and managing UGC campaigns.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in beauty brand promotion, lifestyle videos, and graphic design.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, promotions campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Create visually appealing graphics for all of our social media channels.
• Edit professional eyes catching quality videos that tell the IDA Beauty story.
• Strategic thinking and creativity.
