Job Description
This is a unique opportunity. You'll have the responsibility and resources to take a significant part in the creation of a paradigm-changing product that will impact millions.
As the Content Manager, your role will be to create engaging content to support Duplo in building out our voice and sharing great content to grow our awareness as well as generate, nurture, and convert leads.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Growth & Marketing and Brand/Visual Designer to run and manage campaigns and produce engaging long and short-form content, including but not limited to blog posts, e-books, drip email campaigns, and social media.
Your duties include researching keywords, producing interesting SEO-driven content, and proofreading work for accuracy and quality.
You will also be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of your content.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Duplo’s marketing and business objectives, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our different product lines.
Own and oversee all content marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring brand consistency, thought leadership, and a compelling customer experience.
Craft high-quality, data-driven content tailored for fintech and finance audiences, including blog posts, white papers, reports, case studies, videos and landing pages that resonate with CFOs, finance leaders, and decision-makers.
Lead Duplo’s social media and community engagement strategy, ensuring effective audience targeting, messaging, and performance tracking across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and optimize short-form and long-form content, including social media ads, email campaigns, and website copy, with a focus on conversion and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with product, customer success, and sales teams to develop compelling messaging and educational content that supports customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy, optimize distribution, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Stay ahead of fintech and B2B SaaS trends, leveraging insights to refine Duplo’s content positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage internal and external content creators, agencies, and freelancers as needed to scale content efforts effectively.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles, with a strong focus on fintech, payments, or financial services.
Proven ability to translate complex financial and payment concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable content.
Strong expertise in SEO, content distribution, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or fintech startup environment, with a track record of driving measurable content-led growth.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to maintain brand voice and tone consistently.
Strong analytical mindset, using data to measure impact, optimize content, and improve engagement.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to execute with minimal oversight.
