Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to help grow our client base and establish long-term partnerships.
• The Business Development Officer will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, onboarding corporate and individual clients, and promoting the company’s repair and maintenance services to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients, including fleet owners, corporate organisations, logistics companies, and individual car owners.
• Promote automobile repair and maintenance services, including diagnostics, servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs, and bodywork.
• Create and execute business development strategies to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs.
• Attend networking events, auto expos, and business forums to generate leads.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and service packages tailored to client requirements.
• Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and generate regular sales and performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive or service-based industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance services is an added advantage.
• Must be target-driven and highly motivated.
