Job Title: Listing Specialist (Web + UX/UI Expert)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Type: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

Description 

• Are you a web-savvy creative with a knack for listing optimization, UX/UI design, and full-stack website performance? 
• We’re looking for a smart and detail-oriented Listing Specialist who can own our property listing process across platforms and optimize user experience across our website and internal tools.

What You’ll Do

• Upload and manage high-quality property listings across platforms
• Maintain and optimize website layout, page speed, and SEO performance
• Design, test, and update user-facing web interfaces (UX/UI)
• Collaborate with the marketing and product team to ensure listings are attractive, accurate, and searchable
• Use analytics tools to monitor listing performance and improve engagement/conversion
• Assist with back-end tasks such as integrations, basic CMS updates, and bug fixes.

You Should Have

• Solid experience with front-end tools: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar
• Familiarity with back-end basics (APIs, CMS platforms, basic server-side logic)
• UX/UI design skills using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS platforms
• Understanding of SEO, page speed optimization, and website performance tools (Lighthouse, GTMetrix, etc.)
• Ability to organize content visually and functionally across web/mobile screens
• Bonus: Property listing or e-commerce platform experience.
