FoodCourt currently has two branches with the head office in Lekki and the second branch in Obanikoro.
We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Corporate Account Handler to manage, grow, and retain our most valuable corporate relationships across the Foodcourt Daily Meals and Catering & Events verticals.
This cross-utilized role is hybrid in nature - combining strategic relationship management with sales retention and growth responsibilities.
You will serve as both a trusted client partner and an internal champion, ensuring satisfaction while driving upsell, renewal, and service expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary liaison for corporate meal and catering accounts—building rapport with key decision-makers (Procurement, etc.).
Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and service evaluations.
Track and resolve service issues quickly by working with internal teams (Kitchen, Dispatch, Quality Assurance).
Maintain detailed records of client preferences, special events, and historical performance data.
Service Oversight – Daily Meals & Events:
Coordinate daily meal deliveries for high-volume clients including staffing, delivery timing, special dietary needs, and menu rotations.
For events, work closely with Catering Ops and Chefs to manage pre-event tastings, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event feedback.
Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently and proactively mitigate any risk of dissatisfaction.
Sales Growth & Retention:
Monitor client consumption patterns, identify gaps, and recommend new services or increased volumes (e.g., weekend meals, breakfast options, VIP trays).
Develop customized packages and offers to support contract renewals, upsells, and client loyalty.
Lead re-contracting efforts—re-negotiating terms when needed and ensuring documentation is updated.
Identify cross-selling opportunities between the Daily Meal and Event Catering teams and drive conversion.
Reporting & Insights:
Maintain client CRM entries with detailed notes, communication logs, and updated pipeline stages.
Submit weekly reports on account health, sales opportunities, client feedback, and retention forecasts.
Analyze churn risks and proactively implement client-saving strategies.
Brand Representation & Communication:
Represent the brand at client sites, food tastings, expos, and business forums.
Collaborate with Marketing to co-develop client-specific promotional materials and engagement campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
3-6 years’ experience in account management, client services, or enterprise relationship management—ideally in foodservice, hospitality, or corporate services.
Proven ability to manage complex clients and generate account-based revenue growth.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High adaptability and ability to manage simultaneous daily meal flows and event timelines.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Excel reporting tools.
Empathetic listener with strong follow-through.
Confident dealing with senior-level executives and procurement professionals.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-first environment.
Flexible to attend early morning or late evening events occasionally.
Knowledge of food hygiene standards and basic kitchen operations is a plus.
