Job Title: Telemarketer

Job Summary

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketer to promote the company’s real estate products and services over the phone. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. 
• You will serve as the first point of contact with potential clients and play a vital role in driving company revenue through cold calls, follow-ups, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Gtext real estate products and investment opportunities.
• Deliver scripted sales pitches that highlight key benefits and offers.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate call notes and lead status.
• Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls, SMS, or emails.
• Answer basic questions about the company’s products and services, directing complex inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Conduct market surveys and gather customer feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with company promotions, product offerings, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign follow-ups.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, energetic, and resilient personality.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable working with sales targets and under pressure.
