• We are a Digital Agency. We provide digital solutions (Mobile App, Web App, Marketing, ORM, Publishing and Web Design).
• We’re looking for a skilled web developer to join our team of innovative designers who are consistently raising the bar for creativity and user experience.
• The ideal candidate should be a talented artist who has extensive technical expertise and can work independently or with a team to create, maintain, and update client websites in a variety of industries.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web applications and services is essential for succeeding in this role.
• The web developer will have an immediate impact on our brand and those of our clients, and will help solidify our industry wide reputation for stellar design.

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing web development projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Tackle complex challenges related to website functionality, performance, and user experience, making critical decisions to enhance our online presence.
• Working with various departments, you will collaborate to integrate web solutions that align with business objectives and enhance overall user experience.
• In some cases, you may lead development teams, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate, streamline processes, and implement cutting-edge technologies to improve website performance and functionality.
• Engage in technical discussions, address customer feedback related to web functionality, and ensure seamless user interactions.
• Develop and maintain operational systems, tools, and processes, and participate in tactical and strategic development projects.
• Perform UI design and coding and create reusable objects and wireframes for web pages and email templates.
• Conduct file backups regularly to local directories.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in website development, experience in e-commerce platforms, and proven track record of successful web projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, adaptability to changing project requirements, leadership qualities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Proven success in project coordination.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
