Job Summary
As we scale, we're looking for a highly capable HR Generalist to support our expanding team, discharging people operations responsibilities with efficiency, empathy, and strategic foresight.
We’re seeking a results-driven HR Generalist with 4 to 6 years of broad experience in human resources management, particularly in multi-location settings.
The ideal candidate report to the Head of Human Resources and be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes.
Collaborate with the Head of HR on performance management systems and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across multiple states.
Enforce HR policies and procedures tailored to a distributed workforce.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate remote engagement initiatives to maintain a strong company culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
Support the team's payroll administration process per month.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
4 - 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a remote or multi-location environment.
Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, HRIS).
What We Offer
Competitive compensation ranging between NGN350,000 and NGN450,000 monthly.
