Job Title: Marketing Communications Support Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Overview
As a Marketing Communications Support Officer, you will provide essential support to the marketing and communications team in delivering day-to-day activities and campaigns.
You will help ensure the smooth execution of various marketing projects, assist in content creation, and manage internal communications that support the university’s goals.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for higher education.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and communications campaigns, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
Content Creation: Help with the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and print materials.
Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and tracking engagement metrics.
Market Research: Conduct research on audience trends and competitor activities to support the development of future campaigns and strategies.
Event Support: Provide assistance with marketing and communication for university events, such as open days, seminars, and graduation ceremonies.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain marketing materials, coordinate meetings, and handle general administrative duties as needed.
Reporting: Help prepare reports on campaign performance, social media analytics, and other relevant marketing metrics to track success.
Key Requirements
Educational Qualification and Experience:
A Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role, preferably within the education sector or a related field.
Skills:
Strong writing and editing skills for both digital and print formats
Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent)
Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, email platforms)
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling
