Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and refine outreach.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize effectiveness.
• Oversee lead nurturing processes to convert prospects into customers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2 - 5 years in demand generation or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
