Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Marketer with proven experience in social media marketing to join our growing team. 
• This role requires a forward-thinking individual who understands current digital trends and can leverage social platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. 
• The ideal candidate will be hands-on with content creation, campaign management, performance tracking, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage day-to-day content creation and scheduling across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize reach and ROI.
• Work with other marketing team members on integrated campaigns and initiatives.
• Respond to comments and direct messages, managing community engagement professionally.
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
• Support influencer collaborations and partnerships as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in a social media marketing role.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.), and content management systems.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a creative flair.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month.
