We are a reputable Oil Exploration and Production Company with active operatorship of prolific blocks and Oil and Gas Assets in the Niger Delta.

As a result of our new expansion and development programmes, we are seeking to engage experienced, passionate and resourceful candidates in the capacity below:

Job Summary

• The Ideal Candidate must possess Vast Experience in management, operational, technical and commercial practices in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry. 
• The candidate must have the capacity to lead and manage multiple and concurrent projects and work in a team environment. 
• The candidate will report to the Board and have ultimate responsibility for the Company's performance.

Responsibilities

• Source for and coordinate resources both internal and external to ensure the continued growth of the company.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities as required by the Board.
• Lead and manage the team of highly qualified and experienced heads of departments and other professionals to increase production, maximize growth and profitability of the company.
• Implement the decisions of the Board of Directors and act as the focal point for the relationship with the Board.
• Provide direction for the technical and other teams for achieving challenging targets and objectives.
• Oversee the operations of the company and manage its compliance with legal and regulatory bodies/requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Engineering or other relevant disciplines with not less than 25 years working experience and at least 10 years at an executive or senior management level.
• Postgraduate degrees are desirable, but Vast and Top Management Experience in reputable organisations is of utmost importance.
• Good Commercial experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in formulating policies, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures to achieve corporate goals.
• Must have multicultural exposure with the ability to mix and interact at different levels of society
• Good Leadership skills and a medium to long-term strategist.
• Must be above 45 years of age.
