Job Description

• We are seeking to employ a passionate professional to join our team as Service Sales Engineer. This position will be responsible to strengthen the company's business in the region, develop the customer base, implement the business strategy and ensure the targets are achieved.

Responsibilities
This is where you'll excel:

• Oversee and cultivate the service sector across various segments within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish, manage, and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to increase business activities.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Align and complement market activities together with existing Area Sales/Service Manager.
• Identify, handle, and resolve customer complaints/concerns.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities and special developments gathered through field activity to the Supervisor.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Ensure that client data in CRM is up to date.
• Prepare presentations and proposals.
• Prepare quotation and generates sales leads for equipment/plant business.
• Implement the sales targets of the company in the market territory.

Requirements
These are the skills you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the food processing industry or similar.
• Fluent communication skills in English language.
