Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our data team in generating insights that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. 
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, investment trends, and operational performance, providing actionable recommendations to enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer savings and investment behaviour.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, tailored to their level of technical expertise.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver insights that support decision-making.
• Build statistical models to forecast customer behaviour, investment trends, and business outcomes.
• Use advanced analytics techniques to provide prescriptive recommendations for business optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analyses.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies.

An ideal candidate will bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the fintech, banking, or investment industry.
• Proven track record of working with large datasets and generating actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Metabase, Looker or Tableau.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and modelling.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Salary
N750,000 - N900,000 per month.
