• As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the renewable energy arm of our company. 
• This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable energy solutions for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the technology strategy for our renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
• Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative renewable energy solutions tailored to the needs of residential and commercial clients.
• Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. 
• Technology Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of all renewable energy systems, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and efficiency. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to deliver cutting-edge energy solutions while maintaining strong relationships.
• Sustainability Focus: Champion environmentally sustainable practices and integrate clean energy technologies into all aspects of project execution. 
• Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the company's competitive edge.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all technology systems comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices, including cybersecurity and data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) are a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in renewable energy systems.
• Proven expertise in loT, energy storage systems, and grid integration technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation and sustainability.
