We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Company Sales Representative

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to support our business development efforts and actively market our company’s services across Nigeria. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting service offerings to drive revenue growth and market presence. 
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company’s services to prospective clients across various sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, field visits, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to implement marketing strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide feedback from the market to support service improvement and innovation.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in a service-based industry).
  • Strong understanding of customer service and consultative selling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (if applicable).
