We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities 

• Responds to requests for services in a timely and thorough manner; do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; prioritizes customer needs; follows up to evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Carrying out preventive Maintenance of electrical panels, switches, breakers, and fittings.
• Takes daily diesel consumption reading.
• Takes monthly PHCN / Diesel consumption reading for each Occupant.
• Liaise with PHCN and contractors to resolve issues that arise in respect with electrical issues.
• Take a Monthly PHCN Consumption reading for the whole estate from the skipper panel.
• Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance without the need for rework.
• Keep report of electrical equipment within the estate.
• Treatment of the swimming pool
• Ensure the sewage plant works fine at all times
• Profer effective solutions to identified or reported problems.
• Troubleshoots and detects faults correctly and readily proffers right solutions.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment during and after work
• Knows correct PPE to use for different tasks, wears prescribed PPE at all times required and keeps these in good condition.
• Knows and follows processes for preventive maintenance of assigned equipment and carries this out with minimal supervision
• Provides accurate time, material and Labour estimates and measurements for task arising.
• Able to identify and use the right tools appropriately. No record of missing or destroyed tools due to staff negligence.
• Inspect and monitor the job done by in-house and other external contractors.
• Conduct a prospective tenant round the estate for inspection on weekends.

Requirements

• Qualification: SSCE qualification
• Years of Experience: 3-5 years
