We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plumber

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for service in a timely and through manner; does what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; prioritizes customer needs; follows up to evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Carrying out preventive Maintenance of plumbing pipes and fittings.
• Ensure the underground tank and overhead tanks are filled with clean and treated water.
• Carryout repairs and corrective maintenance without need for rework.
• Maintenance and treatment of the water treatment plant to ensure constant flow of potable water.
• Treatment of swimming pool
• Ensure sewage plant works fine at all time.
• Take daily diesel consumption Reading.
• Proffer effective solutions to identified or reported problems.
• Troubleshoots and detects faults correctly and readily proffers right solutions.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment during and after work.
• Knows correct PPE to use for different tasks, wears prescribed PPE at all times required and keeps these in good condition.
• Knows and follows processes for preventive maintenance of assigned equipment and carries this out with minimal supervision.
• Provide accurate time material and labour estimate and measurements for tasks arising.
• Able to identify and use the right tools appropriately. No record of missing or destroyed tools due to staff negligence.
• Inspect and monitor job done by in house and other external contractors.
• Competent in: simple water closet, closed couple water closet, push valve water closet, urinary automation valve control, miser-tap & single tap, pressure-reducing valve, identification of various taps
• Conduct prospective tenant round the estate for inspection on weekends.

Requirements

• Qualification: SSCE.
• Years of Experience: 3-5 years.
