Job Title: System Developer (Behavioural Profiling Platform)

Overview

• Our Company, Pixel Perfect is looking for an experienced System Developer to design and build a fully automated online platform for a behavioural profiling tool. 
• The platform will allow users to complete a multiple-choice questionnaire, receive a personalised profile based on their answers, and be offered the option to purchase a relevant guide. Additionally, the platform will include a token-based access system for business users purchasing access to the tool.
• This is a greenfield project, meaning the system will be built entirely from scratch. The ideal candidate will have full-stack development experience and be capable of taking ownership of both backend and frontend development to create a seamless user experience and robust business functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Build and maintain a web-based system that:
• Hosts and delivers a dynamic questionnaire to users.
• Processes answers and calculates personalised behavioural profiles.
• Automatically displays results to users and sends personalised reports via email.
• Integrates payment systems (e.g., Stripe) to allow users to purchase guides based on their profiles.
• Develops a token-based system for businesses to buy and allocate access to the questionnaire.
• Includes secure user authentication and access control for individual and business accounts.
• Admin Interface: Develop a backend admin dashboard to:
• Track usage and manage business accounts.
• Monitor token balances and access rights.
• Generate reports on user activity and business purchases.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure the platform is GDPR-compliant, secure, and meets relevant data protection standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and iteratively improve the product based on feedback.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years experience.
• Strong experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services like Stripe for payments.
• Experience with user authentication systems (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
• Ability to design and implement token-based access control systems (for businesses).
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and GDPR compliance.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience developing psychometric or personality-based profiling systems.
• Previous work on SaaS platforms or tools with subscription and token models.
• A good eye for UX/UI design to ensure a seamless and attractive user experience.
• Experience with email automation tools (e.g., SendGrid, Mailchimp).

Salary
N600,000 - N1,200,000 / Month.
