Job Summary

• TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Bookkeeper for a glazing company specializing in aluminium profiles. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daytoday financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, tracking inventory movements, and supporting the accounting function of the business.
  This role requires someone who is techsavvy, accountable, and comfortable working in a fastpaced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record all daily expenses, purchases, and transactions using company accounting software.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by debiting and crediting stock accounts in line with store and warehouse movements.
• Reconcile and monitor key wholesale customer accounts.
• Reconcile invoices and ensure accurate allocation of customer receipts.
• Perform regular bank statement reconciliations.
• Work closely with the sales manager and company accountant to ensure books are balanced and up to date.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to the Managing Director as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of suppliers and vendor accounts.
• Support the external audit process and ensure financial data is audit-ready.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing payroll information and tracking employee-related financial records where required.
• Monitor petty cash and support budget planning and control.
• Provide financial insights that support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience using Sage Cloud, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Good understanding of inventory and cost control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must reside within or around the following areas: Akowonjo, Dopemu, Agege, Shasha, Iyana Ipaja, Egbeda, or Ogba (Ikeja).

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Salary: N125,000 Monthly
• Net Salary: N120,000
• HMO: Access to medical care at a selected company clinic
• Leave Allowance: 2 weeks
• Feeding Allowance: Included.
