We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos (with branch offices)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: General Manager
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

• Organize & keep Product Briefs
• Source for Product partnership
• Liason between company's and Developers
• Report ED Project, GM and copy MD
• Area of interest: Lagos, Anambra, Imo, Enugu, Abia, PH, Abuja, Benin, Asaba and Ogun

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in real estate, business management, or a related field, with at least 2-5 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Financial management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
