Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to produce exceptional visual content that communicates brand messages, enhances storytelling, and engages target audiences. 
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong conceptual thinking, technical execution, and up-to-date knowledge of design trends and digital media. 
• This role will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver designs that align with the company’s brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, branding assets, social media, presentations, and advertisements.
• Translate creative briefs into cohesive visual designs that reflect the brand's tone and voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, UI/UX, and motion design to produce cohesive multimedia campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in design across all online and offline marketing channels.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, adhering to brand guidelines and elevating design standards.
• Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring quality, format, and technical accuracy.
• Stay current with design trends, software developments, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a design or creative agency environment.
• Experience designing for B2B or B2C campaigns, preferably in tech, media, or creative industries.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.

Core Competencies & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for collaborative design and prototyping.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
• Understanding of branding and ability to create on-brand visual content.
• Ability to produce templates and reusable assets to support scale and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visuals.
• Time management and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.

Tools & Software Proficiency:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Corel Draw
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
