Job Title: Marketing & Brand Lead (Digital Product Launch - Safety App)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We’re seeking a Marketing & Brand Lead to own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of all things marketing. You will drive product awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and brand loyalty - from pre-launch buzz to ongoing campaigns.
• This is not just a digital marketing role - it's a brand-building position ideal for someone who has worked with startups, tech products, or mobile apps and wants to lead.

Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns:

• Develop and execute the pre-launch and post-launch digital marketing plan.
• Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Set KPIs, monitor analytics, and optimize campaigns for conversion, cost-efficiency, and growth.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content calendars tailored to each platform.
• Interact with followers, respond to messages, and build community trust.

Brand & Messaging:

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, identity, and visual style.
• Craft compelling messaging for ads, social media, app store listings, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Ensure that all user-facing content is clear, emotionally resonant, and aligned with the brand.

Product Launch Support:

• Create buzz and visibility before launch through countdown campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR outreach.
• Coordinate the launch day campaign across all channels.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console to track user behavior and campaign success.
• Report on growth, engagement, and ROI monthly.
• Work closely with developers, designers, founders, and support to ensure consistent brand execution across the product and marketing.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or brand management, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Proven experience with mobile app launches or digital product rollouts.
• Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok).
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Self-starter mindset - you can build strategies, execute them, and adapt fast.
• (Bonus) Experience with public relations, partnerships, or influencer outreach.
