What You'll Bring 🧠

• We expect you to mentor and lead a team of .NET backend engineers while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. 
• You'll oversee the entire software stack, including supporting infrastructure, throughout the entire software lifecycle - from inception through production to decommissioning under a DevOps culture. 
• You'll champion continuous delivery, testing, and observability as first-order concerns in development.
