We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Conversion Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Conversion:

• Calling customers who have started the “see what you can get” process but abandoned it. 
• Calling customers who received a provisional offer but didn’t accept it.
• Calling customers who are stuck on the KYC/Loan request process
• Calling customers who have not accepted the final approved loan or haven’t disbursed their loans

Lead Generation:

• Calling customers who have completed their previous loans with good repayment performance but have not yet renewed
• Calling customers who qualify but have never taken a loan
• Calling customers related to any special growth campaigns that we might run e.g. the WhatsApp campaign or a campaign to call prequalified customers

Qualifications

• A minimum of a B.Sc/H.ND in any Business related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in credit risk or field verification is an added advantage

Relevant Skills:

• Apt attention to detail
• Proven simple/complex analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Agility and perseverance.
