The CVM Career Company - Our client, a fashion brand located in Ogba, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development / Marketing Manager

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
• Strengthen client relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Align sales strategies with marketing goals for overall business expansion.
• Develop initiatives to attract and retain clients for steady growth.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and opportunities.

KPIs

• Generate at least 20% of annual store sales from new clients.
• Send proposals/invoices to potential clients within 3 business days.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development management (fashion industry preferred).
• Strong sales techniques, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and analytics.
