Job Title: Inventory Fulfillment Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
The Inventory Fulfillment & Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely fulfillment and tracking of orders, and smooth product delivery operations.
This role ensures accuracy in stock control and order processing, supports warehouse / inventory activities, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to meet business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
Maintain accurate inventory records across physical and digital systems.
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
Ensure all inventory transactions (inbound and outbound) are correctly documented and updated in the inventory management system.
Fulfillment Operations:
Coordinate order pick -up & processing, and ensures accurate delivery to customers via follow-up calls or messaging.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to prioritize urgent and high-volume orders.
Track fulfillment KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, fulfillment time, stock turnover rate) and implement corrective actions when needed.
Logistics Coordination:
Plan and schedule deliveries and pickups in coordination with the logistics team or third-party providers.
Ensure compliance with delivery SLAs and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
Track shipments and ensure goods are delivered in good condition and on time with customer’s feedback actioned.
Warehouse & Documentation Oversight:
Supervise warehouse/ inventory activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
Manage the documentation of goods received and dispatched (e.g., waybills, GRNs, delivery notes).
Ensure that all inventory and logistics documentation is properly filed and accessible for Audit purposes.
Process Improvement:
Recommend and implement improvements to inventory and logistics processes to enhance efficiency.
Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline order fulfillment and stock monitoring.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular inventory and logistics reports to management.
Analyse data to identify trends and support decision-making in procurement, sales, and supply planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in inventory and logistics, preferably in a trading or FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and fulfillment processes.
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Zoho Inventory, Odoo, or similar).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month
